If you're new to E-Transcript and can't view .ptx format, download the viewer for free.  Link to www.reallegal.com.   Once  you're on the site, click Support and then Downloads.  Under Reallegal Products you will see an E-Transcript Viewer option.  Click Download and proceed to follow the Install Instuctions.
